- How to access BookMyShow on my mobile phone?
To access BookMyShow on your mobile phone, you need to have GPRS connection. To use BookMyShow on your phone just type m.in.bookmyshow.com on your mobile phone browser
- What are the payment options for booking tickets on Mobile phone?
Currently, we have only credit card as an option for payment. We'll soon add more options.
- How do I get the confirmation of my booking?
While entering the payment details, you have to provide the mobile number of the person for whom you are booking the tickets. Once you complete the payment procedure, that person will receive a confirmation SMS from BookMyShow.
- What are the charges for booking through WAP?
There is small convenience charge you have to pay for booking tickets. The convenience charge can be maximum of Rs.15.
- How do I retrieve my confirmation number to obtain my tickets at the counter?
You just have to carry the booking ID with you along with the credit card through which the tickets were booked. Just show them to the tickets counter and you can collect your tickets.
- Can I pay different transaction with different credit cards or it saves my Details?
You are not bound to pay by a particular credit card. You can pay through any credit card you want whenever you transact with us. But you must carry the credit card with you to collect your tickets
- How secure is transacting with BMS WAP application?
BMS WAP application payment system is verified by Entrust, Visa and Master Card as well. There's no threat to your private information provided to us.
- Can I Cancel my booking?
You can anytime cancel your booking before you complete the payment procedure, just click on the Cancel on the page anytime to cancel the booking. Once you have completed the transaction, you can't cancel the booking.
- Can I Select seats?
No, You cannot select on the WAP site but can certainly choose the category & number of seats you want.
