- BookMyShow only accepts Visa, MasterCard Credit Cards via mChek
- Customers' ticket(s) booking confirmation will be sent via an SMS. The SMS details along with Credit card (used to book tickets) details need to be shown at the ticket counter to get physical Ticket(s).
- Tickets purchased on BookMyShow are subject to per ticket convenience charge and are Non-refundable.

- In case of any dispute because of human error or a transactional malfunction, BookMyShow's decision will be Final.
